Epidote from Pakistan

Epidote crystals characteristically grow as elongated prisms with these prominent vertical striations along their sides.  The blocky, dark crystal faces show deep parallel lines or grooves (striations).
The combination of darker, nearly black or dark olive-green crystal centers with brighter, yellowish-green granular areas is typical for rough masses of this mineral. The flat crystal planes have a glassy (vitreous) shine that reflects light sharply, which is highly characteristic of well-developed epidote crystal aggregates.

Epidote is widely regarded as a stone of amplification, manifestation, and personal growth.  The word epidote comes from the Greek word epidosis, meaning "increase". In crystal healing practices, it is believed to act as an energetic mirror.
Epidote is viewed as a powerful manifestation stone. Rather than just attracting external luck, it is thought to multiply whatever energy you are already putting out into the world (whether that is optimism, creativity, or focus).
With its rich green color, epidote is associated with the heart chakra. It is used in meditation to help clear emotional blockages, process past trauma, and replace a negative mindset with self-awareness.
It is frequently recommended for individuals who feel stuck in repetitive habits or negative thought patterns, as it is believed to inspire the motivation needed to make lasting changes.
