This polished quartz root is a crystal specimen featuring a smooth, polished upper point or facets that transitions directly into a raw, unpolished, and earthy natural base.
The top and sides are polished to a glass-like shine for light reflection, while the bottom retains its natural matrix or mineral-rich "root" formation.
Notice the distinct, dusty green layer running through the body of the crystal. This is chlorite. When it settles in moss-like or scenic patterns inside quartz, it may also be referred to as "Lodolite" or "Garden Quartz." The reddish-brown patches visible near the base and sprinkled through the green chlorite layer indicate iron oxide or hematite. The contrast between the high-gloss polished wand body and the dark, crusty natural matrix base confirms its authentic "root quartz" heritage.
Used for grounding scattered energy and deep meditation because the raw base anchors the amplified energy of the polished tip.
